Welcome to the our website. The Delaware Swedish Colonial Society exists for the following purposes:

To promote understanding and appreciation of Swedish culture and tradition.

To foster good relations between the people of the United States of America and Sweden.

To commemorate each year on or about March 29th the landing of the Swedish settlers at "The Rocks" in Fort Christina Park, Wilmington, Delaware.

To collect, preserve, and publish records, documents and other material relating to the history of Swedish settlements in America.
